The CDC urges individuals to take some measures to protect themselves and others. And for that reason, we would like to ask you to follow some rules to prevent unsafely environment in our showings
- Wash your hands before going to a showing, with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water aren’t available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth during your showing.
- Please don’t touch any doorknob or closet except the front and back doorknobs. Keep all doors open as it is.
- Don’t use any of the toilets in the bathrooms.
- Wear a face mask during the house visit.
- Practice social distancing by not bringing more than the people authorized for the showing, avoiding group gatherings and maintaining distance (approximately 6 feet) from others when possible.
- Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick before coming to the showing.
- You can reschedule your showing if you feel sick. Stay at home if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other cold or flu-like symptom.
- We clean and frequently disinfect objects and surfaces, but we can’t warranty people’s safety if you touch any of the surfaces.
